STITCHING IN CELLS: TEACHING PRISON INMATES THE ART OF QUILT MAKING

CREATE CREATE CREATE / PRESENCE
The very act of creating - not specifically what is created - but the act of creating, ushers in a wave of clarity, a calming of the chatter, an inner peace that unfolds and opens. Through creating space, and adjusting alignment, creativity makes room for the birth of new ideas/perspectives.
